"In the beginning of this 2009 year, I decided I needed to make a purchase "for the family" and with the recent addition of our daughter, I thought one of the best ways to create fun and lasting memories for my family was by owning a boat. Growing up, I remembered the days my parents would take me out on their boat to go fishing around Naples and Marco Island waters, and years later working at local marinas and with some of the local captains reminded me of some of the fondest memories I have by just being "out on the water."
The decision was simple; I had to own a boat!
Needless to say there are several makes, models and dealers to choose from (enough to make you crazy) but since I'm a research nut, I was pretty familiar with all the choices within my range. I finally had it narrowed down significantly after nearly 3+ months of searches and boat shows throughout FL., and with the final recommendation and referral from another local dealer and friend (Phil - Naples Marina) I was introduced to the Pursuit brand and the Walker's Marine team. (John & Karl - sales)
The bottom line is I bought a brand new 2009 Pursuit OS285 and took delivery in mid April 2009. Currently I have just a tick over 155 hours logged in a short span of time and I can say without a doubt I have been completely satisfied with the whole purchase, from the initial sale to sea trial and delivery and then routine service and follow up. The service staff that I have had the pleasure in meeting (Jason, Jeff & Gary) are true professionals, experienced in their craft and most importantly "on time", and the same goes for their onsite canvas maker (Paul). All of their detailed work and exact timetables, have kept my Pursuit in perfect working order and I certainly appreciate that. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to make the entire boat owning experience a pleasing one.
I commend the entire staff and I wish the Walker's Marine team continued success. I sincerely thank each of them for making this a wonderful and memorable purchase; and most importantly for helping me to create some of the best memories for My Family "out on the water" for many years to come!

"I really do appreciate all your work and checking on things for me.... You guys are the definition of great customer service, and I just wanted to let you know how much it is appreciated. Times are tough for so many right now, but you are not allowing anything to get in the way of making us aware of what's going on with our boat repairs and working on our time frames as much as possible.... Joseph, as always, has been so professional and helpful in getting the ball rolling for this stuff to get done, and Scott is completely thorough in his work. I have been much impressed, and that doesn't happen easily or often. :-)
