“I recently purchased a Regal 26 OBX and bought the boat from Chris Spindler and Ashley Randolph. I wanted to take the time to let you know how professional they were as sales people. In fact, I didn’t feel like they were in sales at all, they were trying to get me in a boat that was right for my needs.

This was significant as it led to great trust right from the start. They listened to how we may use the boat and helped us determine which one would be the right one. I know this is should be the desired approach, but not many sales people in the industry approach it this way – they are usually after a quick win and move onto the next.

Despite Ashley being new to the role, she never “guessed” the answer to some of my questions, she honestly replied “I don’t know the answer to that, but please let me get back to you”. And of course, she did get back to me. Again, she was confident enough to not know all the answers and it simply meant I trusted her more.

Chris was also great – very knowledgeable and he bent over backwards to accommodate my needs in a timely fashion. We traded a boat in and it went a bit south with the buyer, but he was always transparent and made things right by the end. I could really tell he loved his job and is very dedicated to Walker’s.

Anyways, I just wanted to share with you that I felt both of the team were fantastic. I am sure I will be buying many more boats from Walker’s in the future because of them…”
